Achievements: expanded payments business: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wise integrations, and configurable payment methods, while ensuring ECB compliance; reduced infrastructure costs by ~€200K/year through data aggregation, archiving, and log retention; reduced external contractor churn from 50% to 0% through structured onboarding and collaboration; retained core talent post-downsizing with less than 10% attrition during organizational change; supported a compliant and secure adoption of AI tools across the engineering organisation with 80+% daily use of GitHub Copilot and Claude; championed Staff Engineer and EM promotions, growing internal leadership pipeline.

Achievements: KTLO reduced by 50%; deployment frequency from 2.5 times a week to continuous deployment; launched Spendesk Public API in 3 months (beta), reached GA in 6 months; improved CI/CD pipeline, cut deploy time from 2h to udner 30m, deployments increased from 3 per week to 20+ per day; API-first approach rolled out across the engineering organisation.
